You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not interfere with or disrupt the app's services or servers. All content, features, and functionality of Sleeperia, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Sleeperia and its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or display is strictly prohibited. Sleeperia, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app.
